简介：【摘要】：目的：探讨呼吸道护理对气管插管危重症患者的效果。方法：2022年1月-2023年12月抽取106例气管插管危重症患者，将研究对象随机分为两组，对照组（53例）采用常规护理方法，观察组（53例）使用呼吸道护理方法，比较两组患者的相关血气指标以及并发症发生率。结果：护理后，观察组患者的PaO2、PH都高于对照组（P<0.05），护理后，观察组的重症监护时间、气管插管时间以及出院时间优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组并发症发生率3.77%。结论：对气管插管危重症患者进行护理时，呼吸道护理干预可以改善患者的相关血气指标，让患者尽快拔管，缩短住院时间，减少并发症发生率。

简介：摘要目的探讨并分析房颤伴快速心室率患者分别采用西地兰和硫酸镁治疗的效果。方法此次研究的对象是选取2015年1月～2016年12月在我院分别采用西地兰和硫酸镁治疗的50例房颤伴快速心室率患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将2015年1月～2015年12月采用西地兰治疗的25例患者定为对照组，将2016年1月～2016年12月采用西地兰联合硫酸镁治疗的另外25例患者定为治疗组，对比两组疗效。结果治疗组患者心室率正常概率和治愈概率分别为92.00%、72.00%；对照组心室率正常概率和治愈概率分别为72.00%、52.00%。结论房颤伴快速心室率患者采用西地兰联合硫酸镁治疗能提高治疗效果，建议推广使用。

Methods 50 patients with atrial fibrillation and rapid ventricular rate treated with cedilanid and magnesium sulfate in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected for this study. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. 25 patients treated with cedilanid from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as control group. The patients treated with cedilanid and magnesium sulfate from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as control group. Another 25 patients were assigned to the treatment group, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The normal probability and cure probability of ventricular rate in treatment group were 92.00% and 72.00%, respectively, while those in control group were 72.00% and 52.00%, respectively. Conclusion Cedilanid combined with magnesium sulfate can improve the therapeutic effect in patients with atrial fibrillation and rapid ventricular rate. It is recommended to promote the use of cedilanid combined with magnesium sulfate.
