简介:AIM:Todescribethedesignandpreliminaryresultsofthehospitalbasedepidemiologicalstudyfordiabeticretinopathy(HBESDR),anongoingepidemiologicalstudytoestimatetheprevalenceofdiabeticretinopathy(DR)andtoelucidatetheclinical,anthropometric,biochemicalandanyotherriskfactorsassociatedwithdiabeticretinopathy.METHODS:Totally2000diabeteswillberecruitedfromtheDiabeteseyeclinicintheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofChinaMedicalUniversity.AllsubjectsunderwentbloodsugarestimationandOralGlucoseToleranceTesttodiagnosediabetes.Alldiabeteswouldundergocompletequestionnaire,acomprehensiveeyeexamination.Bloodandurinewouldbecollectedforbiochemicalinvestigations.AllfundusphotographsforanyDRwillbegraded.Participantswhoneedtreatmentwillbesenttotheophthalmicclinicandfollow-upintervalprogramforallsubjectswillbesuggested.Acomputerizeddatabaseiscreatedfortherecords.RESULTS:Todate,1174diabeteshavebeenrecruited,therewere350(29.81%)DRinalldiabetes,mostofthemwerewithmildnon-proliferativediabeticretinopathy(NPDR)(139,39.71%);71(20.29%)moderateNPDR,66(18.86%)severeNPDR,74(21.14%)proliferativediabeticretinopathy(PDR).Females,longerdurationofdiabetes,familyhistoryofdiabetesandhypertensionhadastatisticallysignificantincreaseinriskofanyDR.CONCLUSION:ThestudyisexpectedtoprovideanestimateoftheoverallprevalenceofDRandtheprevalencewithdifferentdurationofdiabetesandalsoabetterunderstandingoftheriskfactorsassociatedwithDR.
简介:·AIM:Tostudytheeffectsofdanhonghuayukoufuye(DHK)onfastingbloodglucose(FBG)anddiabeticretinopathy(DR)instreptozotocin(STZ)-inducedtype1diabeticratstofacilitatetherationalusageofthisdrug.·METHODS:DiabeticratswereinducedbyinjectionofasingledoseofSTZintraperitoneallyat50mg/kg.Flashelectroretinogram(FERG)andoscillatorypotentials(OPs)wereusedtomeasureretinalfunction.Themicrovascularperfusionofearswasperformedtostudythemicrocirculationinrats.FBG,body-weight,and24-hurinevolume,waterintakeanddietintakewerealsoassessed.·RESULTS:DHKhadnoeffectonFBGinnormalrats.However,STZ+DHKgroupweresignificantlydifferentfromthoseofModelandmovedtowardthoseofnormalcontrol.Itreversedtheincreaseindietintake(P≤0.05vsmodelcontrol)andthelossinbody-weight(P≤0.05vsmodelcontrol)indiabeticrats.DHKdecreasedtheFBGofdiabeticratsby25.6%(P≤0.05)and37.9%(P≤0.01)after14and21daysadministrationascomparedwiththemodelcontrol,respectively.Moreover,DHKsignificantlyincreasedtheFERGb-waveamplitudeby80%(P≤0.05vsmodelcontrol)anddecreasedtheFERGb-wavelatencyby15.3%(P≤0.01vsmodelcontrol)after24daysadministration.TheOP1andOP2amplitudesinDHKgroupwere2.6(P≤0.01)and2.0(P≤0.01)timesofmodelgroupafter24daysofDHKtreatment,respectively.Atthesametime,OP1andOP2latenciesinDHKgroupreducedby16.0%(P≤0.001)and14.7%(P≤0.001)ascomparedwiththemodelcontrol,respectively.Furthermore,themicrovascularperfusionofDHKgroupwas2.4timesofmodelgroup(P≤0.001)after21daysadministration.·CONCLUSION:DHKhadnoeffectonnormalFBG.Butithadantihyperglycemicactivity,andhadapreventiveandtherapeuticeffectonDRindiabeticrats.·

简介:随着中国人口老龄化加速,生活水平不断提高,以及不良生活饮食习惯等因素,我国糖尿病患病人群大幅增加。2021年来自国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)的数据显示,目前我国糖尿病患者人数超1.4亿,这意味着我国大约每10个人中就有1个糖尿病患者,我国已成为全世界糖尿病患病人数第一位的大国。研究发现,年龄≥40岁,高血压,血脂异常,超重与肥胖,有糖尿病家族史等都是糖尿病的高危因素。糖尿病的患病率正呈快速上升趋势,2型糖尿病总体患病率已上升至14.92%,成为继心血管疾病,肿瘤之后另一个严重危害人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病。
简介:摘要目的立足中医理论结合脾肾两虚、气虚血瘀的病机采用糖尿病治疗仪中药离子导入法治疗糖尿病。通过临床系统观察,探讨其治疗糖尿病的疗效,为中药离子导入法治疗糖尿病临床应用提供依据。方法本研究选择50例临床2型糖尿病患者。采用随机开放对照的原则分为两组,两组都给予基础治疗(即糖尿病饮食、运动及降糖等常规治疗),治疗组采用KJ-5000糖尿病治疗仪离子导入功能将中药导入人体,观察治疗前后临床变化,并对空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标进行了观察比较。结果(1)经统计学分析,本方的临床总体疗效与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组间各症状表现经统计羌显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组各项指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明糖尿病治疗仪中药离子导入法确实可以通过改善胰岛素分泌功能,降低血糖。结论本文通过使用糖尿病治疗仪离子导入中药汤剂的方法,在治疗糖尿病的临床研究中得出以下结论1、治疗组其总有效率为92%,明显优于对照组总有效率76%,在治疗过程中患者没有出现明显的不良反应;2、可以有效的改善患者的中医症状,尤其对腰膝酸软、盗汗、夜尿增多等症状有显著改善作用;
