简介:Objective:Toinvestigatetheexpressionofimmune-relatedmoleculesinglioblastomamultiform(GBM)cells.Methods:Theexpressionofmajorhistocompatibilitycomplex(MHC),β2-microglobulin,Fas,CD80andCD86moleculesonthesurfaceofGBMcellswereevaluatedbyflowcytometry.TheexpressionofTAP-1,TAP-2andTapasinintheGBMcellswereevaluatedbyRT-PCRmethod.Results:MHCclassⅠ,β2microglobulin,TAP-1,TAP-2andtapasinwereexpressedinmostGBMcelllines.ExceptU87,therewasnoMHCclassⅡmoleculeexpressiononanyoftheotherGBMcelllines.FaswasexpressedonalltheGBMcelllinesexamined.Conclusion:ThemechanismbywhichGBMescapesimmunesurveillancemayinvolvedownregulationofexpressionofMHCclassⅠmoleculesandMHCclassⅡmolecules.MHCclassⅠpositiveGBMmaybethesuitabletargetofimmunotherapy.
简介:Globalmitigativeandadaptiveeffortshavenotbeenabletoeffectivelyaddresstheadverseimpactscausedbyclimatechange.Therefore,adirectsolutionisneededtoaddressthesignificantresultinglossanddamage(L&D).DuringtheUnitedNationsFrameworkConventiononClimateChangeheldinDohain2012,theissueofrespondingtoL&Darisingfromclimatechangegainedsuddentractionandbecameoneofthekeyissuesthataffectedtheoutcomeoftheconvention.Inthispaper,astudyonthedefinitionandconnotationsofL&Darisingfromclimatechangewasconducted,togetherwithananalysisofitsrelationshipwithrelatedconcepts,namelyimpacts,vulnerability,andrisks.ThisledtotheproposalofanL&Dconceptualmodelthatismorecomprehensive,withtherecognitionoftheneedtoaddresstheissuethrougheffectivesupplementationofexistingmitigativeandadaptiveefforts.AsystematicelaborationofanL&Dresponsemechanismwasmadebasedonpolitics,law,andthemarket,leadingtoapreliminarypresentationofapossibleformatforanL&Dmechanism.PotentialacademicresearchdirectionsforL&DwerealsoproposedthatcouldserveasreferencesfortheestablishmentofinternationalandnationalL&Dresponsemechanismsandrelatedresearch.
简介:Ourpreviousreportshaveshownthatlamininglycopeptides(LN-GPs),thetotalglycopeptidespreparedfromlaminin(LN),canpreventtheexperimentallungmetastasisandlivermetastasisofmousecancercells.Inordertoexploretheanti-metastaticmechanismofLN-GPs,westudiedtheeffectsofLN-GPsonmetastasisrelatedbehaviorsofcancercellsinvitro.LN-GPsdidnotaffectcellsurvival.However,LN-GPsinhibitedcellattachmentandspreadingofS180cellsonLN-andMatrigelsubstrateindose-dependentandtime-dependentmanners.Moreover,inhibitionofcellattachmentandspreadingonMatrigelsubstratesweremuchgreateronMatrigelsubstratethanonLNsubstrate.InthegresenceofLN-GPs,S180cellsonLNsubstratechangedfromaflattenedpolygonalshapetoaroundone,themigrationofS180cellsonLNsubstratedecreased,andthenumberofahighlyinvasivehumanpulmonarygiantcarcinomaPGcellsinvadingMatrigelfilterinaBoydenchamberwasreduced.LN-GPsthushavemultipleinhibitoryeffectsoncancermetastasisrelatedbehaviors.
简介:Alaboratory-basedaerobicincubationwasconductedtoinvestigatenitrogen(N)isotopicfractionationrelatedtonitrificationinfiveagriculturalsoilsafterapplicationofammoniumsulfate((NH4)2SO4).Thesoilsampleswerecollectedfromasubtropicalbarrenlandsoilderivedfromgranite(RGB),threesubtropicaluplandsoilsderivedfromgranite(RQU),Quaternaryredearth(RGU),QuaternaryXiashuloess(YQU)andatemperateuplandsoilgeneratedfromalluvialdeposit(FAU).Thefivesoilsvariedinnitrificationpotential,beingintheorderofFAU>YQU>RGU>RQU>RGB.SignificantNisotopicfractionationaccompaniednitrificationofNH+4.δ15NvaluesofNH+4increasedwithenhancednitrificationovertimeinthefouruplandsoilswithNH+4addition,whilethoseofNO-3decreasedconsistentlytotheminimumandthereafterincreased.δ15NvaluesofNH+4showedasignificantlynegativelinearrelationshipwithNH+4-Nconcentration,butapositivelinearrelationshipwithNO-3-Nconcentration.TheapparentisotopicfractionationfactorcalculatedbasedonthelossofNH+4was1.036forRQU,1.022forRGU,1.016forYQU,and1.020forFAU,respectively.Zero-andfirst-orderreactionkineticsseemedtohavetheirlimitationsindescribingthenitrificationprocessaffectedbyNH+4inputinthestudiedsoils.Incontrast,Nkineticisotopefractionationwascloselyrelatedtothenitrifyingactivity,andmightserveasanalternativetoolforestimatingthenitrificationcapacityofagriculturalsoils.

简介:AbstractMore evidences show that microRNAs play an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammation and autoimmune diseases including Lichen planus, and are an attractive therapeutic target. MicroRNA family plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression, which involves cell proliferation, apoptosis, growth, differentiation and metabolism, vascularization, immune response and other biological processes. The changes of expression profile and expression level are closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases, such as tumor, inflammatory disease and autoimmune disease relevant. However, there are few reports on microRNA in the pathogenesis of LP. This review summarizes the research advance of microRNAs (microRNAs -137, microRNAs -125b, microRNAs -138, microRNAs-27b, microRNAs -203) and their downstream proteins in LP.
