简介:【摘要】目的:探讨CT靶重建技术对于肺腺癌VPI的临床诊断优势。方法:研究对象均是肺腺癌患者,均通过手术病理诊断并且直径≥3cm,分为VPI阳性组、VPI阴性组。应用CT靶重建技术分析肺腺癌与邻近脏层胸膜之间的病理关系。结果:VPI阳性组、VPI阴性组结节的最大直径并无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);VPI阳性组DLP大于VPI阴性组(P<0.05);结节与胸膜的病理关系在脏层VPI阳性与VPI阴性之间存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:CT靶重建检测技术诊断结果显示,若肺腺癌患者胸膜贴面为实性密度并且胸膜凹陷,则更容易出现VPI。
