简介：摘要目的探讨GT-4A导乐仪分娩镇痛方法对产妇及新生儿的影响。方法选择2012年6月～11月对我院住院分娩的200例正常足月的产妇随机分观察组和对照组。观察组用GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪镇痛。对照组未使用无痛导乐仪，比较两组产妇疼痛、产程时间、分娩方式及新生儿情况。结果观察组镇痛效果明显，产程明显缩短，阴道分娩率高。结论GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪镇痛效果明显，缩短了产程，对母婴无不良影响。
