简介:摘要目的观察分析便携式呼叫系统在我院神经内科一病区管理中的应用效果.方法在病区内应用便携式呼叫器和配套管理系统,并对实施应用便携式呼叫系统前后,环境音量分贝值、护理质量及护士的工作满意度以及进行评价和对比分析.结果应用前护士站、走廊、病房、医生办、休息区音量分贝值分别为(80.91±2.87)、(68.31±5.68)、(64.39±5.35)、(73.43±2.69)、(44.20±2.08),应用后护士站、走廊、病房、医生办、休息区音量分贝值分别为(63.92±3.91)、(55.34±2.74)、(53.54±3.99)、(63.16±2.15)、(40.26±2.58),P均<0.05,有统计学意义;应用后护理质量各项合格率均高于应用前,P=0.000;应用前护士满意率57.89%;应用后护士满意率100%,P=0.000.结论在病区管理中实施应用便携式呼叫系统模式,为患者提供连续性的优质护理,可有效提高护理水平和质量,并提高护理工作满意度.AbstractobjectivetoobservetheapplicationoftheportablecallingsystematdepartmentofneurologyinGeneralHospitalofChinesePLA.Methodstocomparethedecibellevelattheareasaroundnursingstation,theproductivityandsatisfactionofnursesbeforeandaftertheapplicationofportablecallingsystem.Resultsbeforeapplyingthenursestation,thedecibellevelathallways,ward,doctorsofficeandtherestareawas(80.91+2.87),(68.31-5.68),(64.39-5.35),(73.43-2.69)and(44.20-2.08)respectively,butwas(63.92+3.91),(55.34-2.74),(53.54-3.99),(63.16-2.15),(40.26-2.58)respectivelyafteruGsingtheportablecallingsystem(allP<0.05).Nurses’satisfactionwere57.89%and100%respectivelybeforeandafterusingthisportablecallingsystem(P<0.001).Inaddition,Nurses’productivityweresignificantlyimprovedafterapplyingthisportablecallingsystem(P<0.001).Conclusiontheportablecallingsystemcouldkeepabetterworkingenvironment,improvenurses’productivityandsatisfaction.关键词便携式呼叫系统;病区管理;护理质量中图分类号R473文献标识码B文章编号1008-6315(2015)12-1033-02
