  • 简介:Toaimattheproblemthatthehorizontaldirectivityindexofthevectorhydrophoneverticalarrayisnothigherthanthatofavectorhydrophone,thehigh-resolutionazimuthestimationalgorithmbasedonthedatafusionmethodwaspresented.TheproposedalgorithmfirstemploysMUSICalgorithmtoestimatetheazimuthofeachdividedsub-bandsignal,andthentheestimatedazimuthsofmultiplehydrophonesareprocessedbyusingthedatafusiontechnique.Thehigh-resolutionestimatedresultisachievedfinallybyadoptingtheweightedhistogramstatisticsmethod.TheresultsofthesimulationandseatrialsindicatedthattheproposedalgorithmhasbetterazimuthestimationperformancethanMUSICalgorithmofasinglevectorhydrophoneandthedatafusiontechniquebasedontheacousticenergyfluxmethod.Thebetterperformanceisreflectedintheaspectsoftheestimationprecision,theprobabilityofcorrectestimation,thecapabilitytodistinguishmulti-objectsandtheinhibitionofthenoisesub-bands.

  • 简介:Thestudyofwaveguideinvariantinunderwateracousticsisoneofattractedtopicsinrecent30years.Theinterferencesofdirectwaveandreflectwavefromseasurfaceandseabottomofunderwatertargetradiatednoiseinherenttheinformationoftargetdistance.Extractionofthesedistanceinformationwillprovideapossiblenewwayinpassiverangingforunderwatertarget.ThetheoreticalanalysisandtheresultsofatseaexperimentsshowthattheLOFAR(LowFrequencyAnalysisRecord)figureinherentlycontainstherangeandmovinginformationofpassiveacousticsources,eveninthesituationthatthereceiverisonlyonesinglehydrophone.Thetheoreticalanalysisofextractionoftargetdistanceinformationbyusingwaveguideinvariantispresentedinthispaper.Itisshownthat,basedontheinterferencestriationpatternoftarget,thehydrophonearraysystemispossibletoextractthedistanceinformationwithquitehigharraygain.Althoughthemathematicalconstrainconditionsinforminginterferencestriationpatternaredifferentforindividualarrayelement,butitisprovedthatthedifferencesoftimedelaysbetweenarrayelementscanbeusedincompensationofbeamforming.Thetheoreticalanalysis,systemsimulationandsomeresultsofatseaexperimentshowanewwayinpassiverangingandtargetrecognition.
