简介:Theeffectivenessofafluid-loadedsandwichedviscoelasticlayerinsuppressingacousticscat-teringandradiationhasbeenestimatedusingtheThomson-Haskellmatrixmethod.TheGU(GaunaurdandUberall)resonancetheoryhasbeenadoptedtohandlethreetypesofviscoelasticsubstrateswithair-filledin-clusions.Theeffectsofthevaryingthicknessofthesubstrates,thevolumefractionsoftheinclusionsandfre-quenciesofincidentwaveshavebeenstubbedtodeterminetheoptimalstrategiesofsignalreduction.Intheinvestigation,themonopoleresonancephenomenaoftheinclusionshavebeentakenintoaccount.
