Thefeaturesofanattosecondextremeultraviolet(XUV)fieldareencodedintheattosecondXUVspectrogram.WeinvestigatetheeffectofthetemporalstructuresofattosecondXUVfieldsontheattosecondstreakingspectrogram.FactorssuchasthenumberofattosecondXUVpulsesandthetemporalchirpofattosecondXUVpulsesareconsidered.ResultsindicatethatunliketheattosecondstreakingspectrogramforanattosecondXUVfieldwithtwopulsesofahalf-cycleseparationofstreakingfield,thespectrogramfortheattosecondXUVfieldwiththreepulsesdemonstratesfinespectralfringesinseparatedtraces.
