Inordertoestimatetheerosionratesofsomeplasmafacingcomponentmaterials,thesputteringyieldsofMo,WandLibombardedbychargedparticlesH^+,D^+,T^+andHe^+arecalculatedbyapplicationofsputteringtheorybasedonbipartitionmodelofiontransport.ThecomparisonswithMonte-Carlocalculationresultsaremade.Thesedatamightbeusefultoestimatethelifetimeofplasmafacingcomponentsandtoanalyzetheimpuritylevelincoreplasmaoffusionreactors.
