D-riboseisaunique,5-carbonsugarthatoccursnaturallyinalllivingcells,D-ribosehasbeenusedasastaringmaterialforpreparationofsomecertainmedicinesorjustasanewnutraceuticalthathelpstheodynaturallyrestoreitsenergylevel,Thefermentativeprocessesarethebestfortheirrelativelysimpleseriesofproductionstepsandrelativelycheapstartingmaterials.However,becauseofthemanyimpuritiesinglucoseyeastwateranditsdarkcolor,pretreatmentandpurificationmustbedonetothefluidbeforeD-ribosecanbeseparated.Inthispaper,separationandpurificationofD-ribosewascarriedoutusingcationexchangeresins,ofwhichCa^2+exchangeresinhadthebesteffect.Theoptimalconditionforadsorptionisaflowvelocityof0.5BV/hatadsorptiontemperatureof25℃,Theoptimalconditionfordesorptionisaflowvelocityof0.5BV/hatdesorptiontemperatureof80℃。
