Inordertoimprovetheinterpretationoftheearthsystemmicrowaveremotesensing,theresearchofmicrowavespectrumcharacteristicsofthegroundtruth(earthobjects)wascarriedoutinlaboratory.Alaboratoryformicrowaveremotesensingoftheearthobjectshasbeenconstructedtoimprovetheremotesensinglevel,thelaboratoryconsistsoffourparts:themeasuringsystemofdielectricconstants,themicrowaveemissivitymeter,themicrowavereflectometerandthemicrowaveremotesensingsimulationexperimentinfield.Inthispaper,theprincipleofmeasurement,thecorrectionofnearfieldprocess,thestructureofinstrument,thecalibrationmethodandthemeasurementoftheearthsubstances,includingsoil,waterandoil,arediscussed.Thelabora-torymaysupplytheconditionformeasuringtheparametersofthcearthsubstanceremotesensingandhelptointerprettheremotesensingdata.
