Thedielectricconstant,ε',andthedielectricloss,ε",forsomeselectedleadborateglasseswithinthefrequencyband105to107Hzandthetemperaturerange(20～50)℃weremeasured.Thedielectricdispersionandthedielectriclossabsorptionbandswereobserved,therelaxationtime,theactivationenthalpyandentropychangeofthedielectricrelaxationwerecalculated.Theresultsobtainedwerediscussedandcorrelatedtotheinternalnetworkstructureoftheglassesstudied.
