Intheviewofstaffshortagesandthehugeinventoryofproductsinthecurrentmarket,weputforwardapersonnelschedulingmodelinthetargetofclosingtothedeliverydateconsideringtheparallelism.Thenwedesignedaschedulingalgorithmbasedongeneticalgorithmandproposedaflexibleparalleldecodingmethodwhichtakefulluseofthepersonalcapacity.Casestudyresultsindicatethattheflexiblepersonnelschedulingconsideringtheorder-shopscheduling,machineautomaticcapabilitiesandpersonnelflexibleinthetargetofclosingtothedeliverydateoptimizetheallocationofhumanresources,thenmaximizetheefficiency.
