摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 分析乙型病毒性肝炎并糖尿病行整体护理的效果。方法 选取该院 2017年 10月— 2019年 10月收治的乙型病毒肝炎并糖尿病 90例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据护理所用方法分成两组，对照组（ 38例）患者行常规护理，观察组（ 52例）患者在对照组护理基础上行整体护理，对两组护理效果、生化指标与并发症情况进行对比。结果 观察组知识掌握度、治疗依从性与采纳健康生活方式所占比例均比对照组高，且并发症总发生率比对照组低（ P<0.05）；观察组在两组护理后 FBG、 2 hPG与 TBIL均改善基础上，其改善幅度更显著（ P<0.05）。结论 乙型病毒性肝炎并糖尿病患者行整体护理能够提高疾病认知度与治疗依从性，建立健康生活方式，优化各项生化指标水平，并减少并发症发生，具有一定临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on patients with hepatitis B and diabetes mellitus. method The clinical data of 90 patients with hepatitis B and diabetes mellitus in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the nursing methods, they were divided into two groups. The control group (38 cases) received routine nursing, while the observation group (52 cases) received holistic nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect, biochemical indexes and complications of the two groups were compared. Results the proportion of knowledge mastery, treatment compliance and adoption of healthy lifestyle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); on the basis of the improvement of FBG, 2 HPG and TBIL in the observation group, the improvement was more significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion holistic nursing for patients with hepatitis B and diabetes can improve disease awareness and treatment compliance, establish a healthy lifestyle, optimize the level of biochemical indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications, which has certain clinical application value.
