摘要
摘要目的探究ALK新抗体D５F３在非小细胞肺癌患者中的临床应用价值.方法选择经RT－PCR检测的２００例非小细胞肺癌患者的石蜡包埋标本(包括EML４－ALK突变型和野生型),应用ALK新型抗体D５F３(CST公司生产)检测该基因蛋白表达情况,分别从阴性、阳性(＋~３＋)进行对比其敏感性和特异性.结果检测结果显示,(＋)符合率为１５．７８％,(＋＋)符合率为２３．０７％,(＋＋＋)符合率为１００％,差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论D５F３新抗体在NSCLC患者高度的敏感性及特异性,具有筛选价值,节约社会资源,为广大肺癌患者服务.关键词D５F３;非小细胞肺癌;临床应用价值;EML４－ALK;EffectoftheantibodyD５F３innonsmallcelllungcancerpatientsAbstractobjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectoftheantibodyD５F３innonsmallcelllungcancerpatient．Method２００paraffinembeddedspecimensofpatientswithnonsmallcelllungcancertestedbyRT－PCR(includingEML４－ALKmutantandwildtype)wereselected．ThegeneproteinexpressionweretestedbyALKnewantibodyD５F３andthesensitivityandspecificitywerecomparedbynegativeandpositive(＋~３＋)．ResultTestresultsshow(＋)thecoincidencerateis１５．７８％,(＋＋)thecoincidencerateis２３．０７％and(＋＋＋)complianceratewas１００％,(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionD５F３newantibodyinNSCLCpatientswithahighdegreeKoefysweonrsidtsivityandspecificity,withthescreeningvalue,savesocialresources,forthemajorityoflungcancerpatients．D５F３;nonsmallcelllungcancer;clinicalapplicationvalue;EML４－ALK;中图分类号R７３４．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－００５６－０２
