摘要 Aresearchonthathowthetopicofmobility,whichiscompletelydifferentbuttightlyrelevanttospace,providesnewapproachesandmethodssoastopromotethefurtherdevelopmentofgeographicinformationservices,willaccumulatebasicexperiencefordifferenttypesofrelativeinformationsystemsinthewidefieldsoflocationbasedservices.Thispaperanalyzesthemeaningofmobilityandthechangeforgeographicinformationservicemodel,itdescribesthedifferencesandcorrelationbetweenM-GISandtraditionalGIS.Itsetsatechnicalframeworkofgeographicinformationservicesaccordingtomobilecontextandprovidesacasestudy.
