摘要 AimingtoprovideameasurableserviceQualityofService(QoS)evaluatingmethodforserviceinventorymanagement,thispaperproposesanewmobileServiceUtilityModel(SUM),considerstheserviceandbusinesslayerelementsintotheserviceutilityinfluenceprofile,andproposesanself-adaptiveserviceinventorymanagementalgorithmasaQoScontrolschemebasedonSUM.ItcanbeconcludedfromthesimulationresultthattheserviceinventoryutilitycanbefullyreflectedbySUMandthewholesystemefficiencyisgreatlyincreasedbyusingSUMastheadaptiverule.
