Analysis of the Nucleoside Content of Cordyceps sinensis Using the Stepwise Gradient Elution Technique of Thin-Layer Chromatography-中国期刊网

摘要 NucleosideisthemainclassofactivecomponentsinCordycepssinensis.Thin-layerchromatography(TLC)isoneofthemostcommonlyusedmethodsinpharmacopoeiasforanalyzingchemicalcomponentsofherbalmedicine.SincetheisocraticelutionmethodcannotbeappliedsuccessfullyinTLCanalysisforseparatingallthenucleosidecomponents,thestepwisegradientelutionhasbeendevelopedinthisworktoseparateeightnucleosidestandardswithsuccess.Inthisway,quantitativeanalysesofthesamplesofCordycepssinensiswereachievedviatheproposedTLCprocedurecoupledwiththescanningdensitometrictechniquesofCAMAGandTLCQAmethodsforqualitativeandquantitativeanalysis.
