Photoluminescence Spectra of Disordered and Ordered Ga0.52 In0.48P-中国期刊网

摘要 Temperature-dependenceandexcitation-intensity-dependenceofphotoluminescencespectraforbothdisorderedandorderedGa0.52In0.48Paremeasured.Thedisorderedsampleischaractierizedbyitssinglepcakphotoluminescencespectrumwhichisexcitation-intensity.independentandhasdifferentactivationenergyatdifferenttemperatureregion.Theorderedsampleshowsdoublepeaks,theintensityofthehigh-energypeakhasananomalousincreasefirstlyandquenchesafterwards.Therelativehenomenaarereasonablyexplainedintermsoflatticeorderingandorientationsuperlatticemodel.
