Effects of Lay-up structure on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Laminated Bamboo Bundle Board

摘要 Theeffectsoflay-uplayernumbersonlaminatedbamboobundleboard’sphysicalandmechanicalpropertiesandconnectionperformancewereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatundertheconditionsofsamelayernumbers,alongwiththeincreaseofthelay-updirections,thebendingstrength,bendingmodulus,compressionstrengthandhorizontalshearstrengthofthelaminatedboardshowedadownwardtrend,whileusingnon-singledirectionlay-upstructure,theboard’swaterproofpropertywaslowerthanthatofsinglelay-upboard,buttheboard’sconnectionperformancewasraised.Therefore,intherealapplication,withtheconditionofguaranteeingthemechanicalpropertiesoftheboardtomeetoperatingrequirements,thelay-updirectionsshouldbeincreasedtoimprovetheboard’sconnectionperformanceandtoincreasetheboard’ssafety.
