  • 简介:One-dimensional(1D)nanomaterialsandnanostructureshavereceivedmuchattentionduetotheirpotentialinterestforunderstandingfundamentalphysicalconceptsandforapplicationsinconstructingnanoscaleelectricandoptoelectronicdevices.Zincsulfide(ZnS)isanimportantsemiconductorcompoundofII-VIgroup,andthesynthesisof1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructureshasbeenofgrowinginterestowingtotheirpromisingapplicationinnanoscaleoptoelectronicdevices.Thispaperreviewstherecentprogresson1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructures,includingnanowires,nanowirearrays,nanorods,nanobeltsornanoribbons,nanocables,andhierarchicalnanostructuresetc.Thisarticlebeginswithasurveyofvariousmethodsthathavebeendevelopedforgenerating1Dnanomaterialsandnanostructures,andthenmainlyfocusesonstructures,synthesis,characterization,formationmechanismsandopticalpropertytuning,andluminescencemechanismsof1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructures.Finally,thisreviewconcludeswithpersonalviewstowardsfutureresearchon1DZnSnanomaterialsandnanostructures.

  • 简介:Theeffectofthermalcyclingunderloadingonmartensitictransformationandtwo-wayshapememoryeffectwasinvestigatedforTi-49.8at.pctNialloy.ItisshownthatMsandMftemperatureincreasewithincreasingthenumberofcycles,whileAsandAftemperaturedecreaseduringthermalcycling.Thetotalstrainεtandpermanentstrainεpincreasewithincreasingappliedstressandnumberofcycles.Thetwo-wayshapememoryeffectcanbeimprovedbyproperthermalcyclingtrainingunderloading,whileexcessivelyhighappliedstressresultsinthedeteriorationofTWSME.Thereasonforthechangesinmartensitictransformationcharacteristicsandtwo-wayshapememoryeffectduringthermalcyclingunderloadingisdiscussedbasedontheanalysisofmicrostructurebyTEMobservations.

  • 简介:Anovelin-situroutewasemployedtosynthesizeLiFePO4/carbon-nanofibers(CNFs)composites.Theroutecombinedhigh-temperaturesolidphasereactionwithchemicalvapordeposition(CVD)usingFe2O3andLiH2PO4astheprecursorsforLiFePO4growthandacetylene(C2H2)asthecarbonsourceforCNFsgrowth.ThecompositeswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)specificsurfacearea,fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FE-SEM),andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).Theelectrochemicalperformanceofthecompositeswasstudiedbygalvanostaticcyclingandcyclicvoltammetry(CV).Theresultsshowedthatthein-situCNFsgrowthcouldberealizedbythecatalyticeffectoftheFe2O3precursor.Thesampleafter80minCVDreactionshowedthebestelectrochemicalperformance,indicatingapromisingapplicationinhigh-powerLi-ionbatteries.

  • 简介:ThecompositenanofibersofSrTiO3/SrFe12O19withamolarratioof1:1anddiameterabout120nmwerepreparedbyelectrospinning.Effectsofcalcinationtemperatureontheformation,crystallitesize,morphologyandmagneticpropertywerestudiedbyinfraredspectroscopy,X-raydiffraction,scanningelectronmicroscopyandvibratingsamplemagnetometer.Thebinaryphaseofstrontiumferriteandtitanatewasformedafterbeingcalcinedat900℃for2handthecompositenanofiberswerefabricatedfromnanograinsofSrTiO3about24nmandSrFe12O19around33nm.ThecrystallitesizesforthenanofibersincreasewithincreasingcalcinationtemperatureandtheadditionofSrTiO3hasanobvioussuppressioneffectonSrFe12O19graingrowth.Thespecificsaturationmagnetizationandremanencetendtoincreasewiththecrystallitesize.Withincreasingcalcinationtemperaturefrom900to1050℃,thecoercivityincreasesinitially,achievingamaximumvalueof520.2kA·m-1at950℃,andthenshowsareductiontendency.
