简介:运用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法的测定技术,对MH—Ni电池用隔膜纸中铜、铁的含量进行测定。介绍了铜、铁的最佳测试条件以及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时,在测定过程中对样品的消化处理条件与干扰因素等进行了综合考虑。结果表明:Cu、Fe的浓度在1.0-10g/mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性校正曲线的回归方程铜为A=0.0564p+0.0069,方法检出限为0.002g/mL,铁为A=0.0413p+0.0032,方法检出限为0.003g/mL。该方法用于测定隔膜纸样品中铜、铁的相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(测定次数n=6)。标准加入回收率均在97.0%-98.5%(测定次数n=6)范围内。适用于MH—Ni电池用隔膜纸中技术要求。
简介:为了快速测定废氰化镀金溶液中Au,Cu,Ni,Fe四种元素含量,采用一步消解直接进行ICP-AES测定。并对分析谱线、元素干扰和等离子体参数进行了讨论。结果表明,方法检出限为0.014—0.019μg/ml,加标回收率在97.3—101.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.54%。该方法准确、快速、简便。应用于废氰化镀金溶液的回收生产,结果令人满意。

简介:Theinterfacialbindingcovalentbonddensity(CBD)andthelocalenvironmentaltotalbondorder(LTBO)oftheNi/Ni3Alinterfacewithdifferentlatticemisfits(δ)werecalculatedbyusingfirst-principlesdiscretevariationXαmethod.ItwasfoundthattheeffectsoflatticemisfitsontheelectronicstructuresofincoherentNi/Ni3Alinterfacewereveryobvious.Ononehand,lessthan-0.6%negativelatticemisfitcanpromotethebindingstrengthofγ/γ′interface.Ontheotherhand,thetotalbondingstrengthofγ/γ′interfacedecreaseswithincreasingδ.Therefore,themagnitudeandsignoflatticemisfitmustbecarefullycontrolledforbalancingthehightemperaturecreepstrengthofNi-basesinglecrystalsuperalloyandthestructuralstabilityofγ/γ′interfacewhenonedesignsanewNi-basesinglecrystalsuperalloy.
简介:通过添加W粉或C粉调整WC原料粉末的总碳含量(质量分数)为6.04%~6.16%,采用低压烧结法制备WC-9Ni-1Cr细晶硬质合金。采用光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等,研究碳含量对WC-9Ni-1Cr细晶硬质合金组织结构及性能的影响。结果表明:在WC-Ni系合金中添加适量的Cr元素,得到无磁WC-Ni硬质合金,并且其无磁特性不随合金中碳含量的变化而发生转变。WC粉末的总碳含量为6.04%~6.16%时WC-9Ni-1Cr细晶硬质合金为二相区的正常组织,只存在WC相和Ni相,没有石墨夹杂或η相;而且在此二相区范围内WC的碳含量变化对WC-9Ni-1Cr细晶硬质合金的耐腐蚀性没有明显影响。随WC粉末的碳含量增加,合金硬度(HRA)与密度都逐渐降低,但降低幅度较小,而合金的抗弯强度逐渐提高。碳含量由6.04%增加至6.16%时,抗弯强度由2250MPa提高到2850MPa,提高26.6%。
