简介:摘要:MPDB(Mobile Progressive Deformable Barrier,正面可变移动壁障)工况相比于以往的碰撞试验,能较好地反映真实事故兼容性问题。本文以在研小型电动车为例,建立有限元仿真模型,基于2021版C-NCAP的MPDB工况,根据基础版结果对兼容性指标进行优化。通过改善防撞梁总成的几何形式和局部刚度可以有效改善壁障入侵标准方差,减少实际事故中对他车的攻击性;对前围结构改善可提高乘员舱完整稳定,保证本车乘员安全。
简介:摘 要:最新版E-NCAP和C-NCAP中都用一个全新的碰撞工况50MPDB,代替传统的64ODB的试验。50MPDB试验中驾驶员侧使用THOR50分位假人代替H350分位假人。目前THOR假人胸部失分较多,为该工况的重点罚分部位,故胸部伤害优化是当前被动安全系统研究的重点之一。本文通过对某车型的约束系统进行仿真分析,研究了THOR50假人的胸部伤害机理。通过调整安全带作用位置、安全带及气囊的点火时间及安全带递减限力的作用时间等因素,来优化假人胸部伤害。
