简介：分子影像探针16α-18F-17β-雌二醇（18F-FES）能靶向肿瘤的雌激素受体（ER），通过PET/CT反映乳腺癌原发灶及转移灶ER表达水平和生物学活性，可用于筛选合适的内分泌治疗患者，并早期预测疗效。18F-FES联合18F-脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG）显像有助于包括乳腺和子宫肿瘤在内的原发和转移灶的定性、制订正确的个体化治疗方案。此外，18F-FES也被作为报告探针用于监测基因和细胞治疗的疗效而显现出良好的应用前景。本文对18F-FES研究进展作一综述。
