简介:Thestarch/D,L-lactidegraftcopolymersweresynthesizedbyreactingD,L-lactidewithcornstarchinN,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAM)inthepresenceoftriethylamine(NEt3)andanhydrouslithiumchloride.TheeffectofreactiontimeandthemolarratioofD,L-lactidetoglucosestructuralunitofstarchonmonomerconversion(C%),graft(G%)andgraftefficiency(GE%)werestudied,TheC%,G%andGE%couldapproach37.3%179.7%and68.0%,respectivelywhenthemolarratioofD,L-lactidetoglucosestructuralunitofstarchis10:1andthegraftcopolymerizationwascarriedoutat80-85℃for4hrundernitrogenatmosphere.TheFouriertransformsinfra-red(FTIR)spectroscopy.differentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)andX_raydiffraction(XRD)spectroscopywereusedinordertocharacterizethegraftcopolymers.FTIRspectrashowthatabsorptionbandat1740cm^-1confirmedtheformationofesterbond,indicatingthestarch/D,L-lactidegraftcopolymerswereproduced,theDSCcharacteristicresultsshowthemeltingtemperatureofthegraftcopolymerwereelevatedslightlyasthemolarratioofD,L-lactidetoglucosestructuralunitsofstarchincreasedandtheX-raydiffractionspectrashowthesynthesizedgraftcopolymerswereamorphous.Thedegradabilityofgraftcopolymerwastestedwiththeaidofacid,alkaliandmicrobesuchasbacillussubtilisandstaphylococcusaureus.Theresultsofwaterrsistanceshowthegraftcopolymerproducedcanbeusedasacomponentofimpermeablecoatingforcardboard.

简介:目的研究急性白血病儿童NK细胞受体NKG2D、NKp46及KIR2DL1表达率。方法选取2016年3月至2017年6月本院收治的急性白血病患儿58例,其中急性淋巴细胞白血病患者45例、急性粒细胞白血病患者13例。按照治疗时间不同将患儿分成新发组及正常组,每组29例,分析两组患儿NK细胞受体NKG2D、NKp46及KIR2DL1表达率。结果新发组NKG20表达率为(79.56±11.46)%,正常组NKG20表达率为(92.36±3.25)%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。新发组NKp46表达率为(61.56±11.32)%,正常组NKp46表达率为(79.26±4.52)%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新发组KIR2DL1表达率为(19.85±3.54)%,正常组KIR2DL1表达率为(12.87±1.75)%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新发组与正常组患儿NK细胞数量及活性比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论随着治疗的进行患儿NKG2D、NKp46及KIR2DL1表达率可逐渐恢复,提示机体NK细胞的免疫能力逐渐提升。

简介:Objective:ToexplorethepreparativemethodandstudythedegradationcharacteristicsofbonerepaircompositeofDL-polylacticacid(PDLLA)/hydroxyapatite(HA)/decalcifyingbonematrix(DBM)invitro.Methods:AnemulsionblendmethodwasdevelopedtopreparethecompositeofPDLLA/HA/DBMinweightratioofPDLLA:HA:DBM=1.5-2:1-1.5:1.Thedynamicchangesofweight,biomechanicalpropertyandpHvalueofPDLLA/HA/DBMandPDLLAinphosphatebufferedsaline(PBS,pH7.4)werestudiedrespectivelythroughdegradationtestsinvitro.Results:Withoutbeingheated,PDLLA,HAandDBMcouldbesynthesizedwiththeemulsionblendmethodasbonecompositeofPDLLA/HA/DBM,whichhadbothosteoconductiveandosteoinductiveeffects.Thediameteroftheaperturewas100-400μmandthegapratewas71.3%.Duringdegradation,thepHvalueofPDLLAsolutiondecreasedlightlywithin2weeks,butdecreasedobviouslyattheendof4weeksandthevaluewas4.0.WhilethepHvalueofPDLLA/HA/DBMkeptquitesteadyandwas6.4attheendof12weeks.TheweightofPDLLAchangedlittlewithin4weeks,thenchangedobviouslyandwas50%ofitsinitialweightattheendof12weeks.WhiletheweightofPDLLA/HA/DBMchangedlittlewithin5weeks,thenchangedobviouslyandwas60%oftheinitialweightattheendof12weeks.TheinitialbiomechanicalstrengthofPDLLAwas1.33MPa,decreasedlittlewithin3weeks,thenchangedobviouslyandkeptat0.11MPaattheendof12weeks.TheinitialbiomechanicalstrengthofPDLLA/HA/DBMwas1.7MPa,decreasedlittlewithin4weeks,thenchangedobviouslyandkeptat0.21MPaattheendof12weeks.Conclusions:Theemulsionblendmethodisanewmethodtopreparebonerepairmaterials.Asanewbonerepairmaterial,PDLLA/HA/DBMismoresuitableforregenerationandcellimplantation,andtheenvironmentduringitsdegradationisadvantageoustothegrowthofbonecells.
简介:摘要目的分析DL-96II微生物检测系统在临床的应用效果。方法选取卫生部临床检验中心下发的30株室间质控菌株(2016年~2018年)作为检测对象,运用DL-96II微生物检测系统与API微生物鉴定系统进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析,并将结果与卫生部临检中心回报的结果进行比较,分别比较两种检测系统的菌种鉴定符合率和DL-96II系统的药敏结果符合率。结果DL-96II系统的菌种鉴定符合率为86.67%,API系统的菌种鉴定符合率为96.67%,二者没有明显的差异(p值>0.05),DL-96II系统的药敏结果符合率为97.83%。结论DL-96II微生物检测系统的菌种鉴定准确率与API系统的相近,且药敏结果符合率很高,值得在基层医院推广使用。
