简介:Asoneofthemostimportantdevelopmentsinaircoolingtechnologyforhotpartsoftheaero-engine,filmcoolingtechnologyhasbeenwidelyused.Filmcoolingholestructureexistsmainlyinareasthathavehightemperature,unevencoolingeffectivenessissueswheninactualuse.Thefirststageturbinevanesoftheaero-engineconsumethelargestportionofcoolingair,therebytheresearchonreducingtheamountofcoolingairhasthegreatestpotential.Anewsteppedslotfilmcoolingvanewithahighcoolingeffectivenessandahighcoolinguniformitywasresearchedinitially.Throughnumericalmethods,theaffectingfactorsofthecoolingeffectivenessofavanewiththesteppedslotfilmcoolingstructurewereresearched.Thispaperfocusesonthecoolingeffectivenessandthepressurelossindifferentblowingratioconditions,thenthemostreasonableandscientificstructureparametercanbeobtainedbyanalyzingtheresults.Theresultsshowthat1.0mmistheoptimumslotwidthand10.0isthemostreasonableblowingratio.Underthiscondition,thevaneachievedthebestcoolingresultandthehighestcoolingeffectiveness,andalsoretainedalowpressureloss.
