  • 简介:Asoneofthemostimportantdevelopmentsinaircoolingtechnologyforhotpartsoftheaero-engine,filmcoolingtechnologyhasbeenwidelyused.Filmcoolingholestructureexistsmainlyinareasthathavehightemperature,unevencoolingeffectivenessissueswheninactualuse.Thefirststageturbinevanesoftheaero-engineconsumethelargestportionofcoolingair,therebytheresearchonreducingtheamountofcoolingairhasthegreatestpotential.Anewsteppedslotfilmcoolingvanewithahighcoolingeffectivenessandahighcoolinguniformitywasresearchedinitially.Throughnumericalmethods,theaffectingfactorsofthecoolingeffectivenessofavanewiththesteppedslotfilmcoolingstructurewereresearched.Thispaperfocusesonthecoolingeffectivenessandthepressurelossindifferentblowingratioconditions,thenthemostreasonableandscientificstructureparametercanbeobtainedbyanalyzingtheresults.Theresultsshowthat1.0mmistheoptimumslotwidthand10.0isthemostreasonableblowingratio.Underthiscondition,thevaneachievedthebestcoolingresultandthehighestcoolingeffectiveness,andalsoretainedalowpressureloss.

  • 简介:Thecoolingandheatingloaddistributionoflargeareaair-conditionedroomsuchas'open'offices,shoppingmallsandwaitingroomsisusuallyassumedtobeeveninairconditioningsystemdesign.However,itisnotthecaseinreality,andalowefficientairconditioningsystemresultsfromthisassumption.AsimulationandanalysisofthecoolingloaddistributionofanofficebuildinginHongKongwithTRANSYSsoftwareisprovidedinthispaper.Atypicalofficeisdividedinto13zonesforsimulation,includingexternalzone,medialzoneandinternalzoneinthenorth,thesouth,theeastandthewestrespectivelyandacentralzone,insteadof4directionalzone.Theresultshowsthereismuchcoolingloaddifferencebetweeneachzone,andmoreattentionshouldbepaidtounevenindoorcoolingandheatingloaddistributiontofurtherguidethedesign.

  • 简介:Thermalhydraulicanalysiswasperformedforthe2004ITERblanketdesign,whichwasbasedonthefabricationmethodsofforging,drillingandwelding.Resultsshowthat,intheoriginaldesign,theflowdistributioninradialholeswasfarfromuniformbecausedifferentflowdriverswereusedintheradialholes.Improvementoftheflowdriverisproposedinthisstudy.Withtheoptimizationoftheflowdrivers,itisclearlyshownthatthetotalpressuredropdecreasesandabettervelocitydistributioninradialholesisobtained.Themoreuniformheattransfercoefficientamongtheradialholesisbeneficialforreducingthermalstress.
