简介:摘要:本文以长江三角洲某滨海大型炼化基地软土地基处理工程为例,介绍了真空-覆水联合预压的基本原理,基于施工过程中的地表沉降、分层沉降等监测数据,综合分析了软土层的变形特征,对预压前后地基土物理力学指标进行了对比分析,评价了真空-覆水联合预压法的应用效果,得出其优点及适用性。结果表明:采用真空-覆水联合预压能够有效改善软土性能,使土体快速固结,不同程度的改善软土各项物理力学指标,大幅提升承载力和变形特性。与单一堆载预压相比,真空-覆水联合预压能有效处理深层软土,在滨海地区厚层吹填土地基处理中具有较高的推广应用价值。
