简介:摘要:新一代运载火箭电液伺服系统能源为直接引流高压燃料并进行限流变压形成恒定压力油源[1],作动器组件作为液压伺服机构的主要动作执行部件,是液压伺服机构的重要组成结构,其中活塞组合密封圈的装配质量关系到火箭的成败。本文为了克服手工装配困难、一致性差的问题,对伺服机构组合密封半自动化装配技术研究深入探究其技术方法。
