  • 简介:Thehighshearagitationdevicewasfirstadoptedforgasolinedesulfurizationbyionicliquids.Theeffectofbenzylimidazolfluoborateindesulfurizationofgasolineandtheinfluenceofmoistureondeuslfurizationratewereinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthattheionicliquidcouldeffectivelydecreasethesulfurcontentofgasolineandtheoptimalconditionswereasfollows:Thereactioncouldbecarriedoutatroomtemperature,avolumetricratiobetweenoilandtheliquidof2∶1,avolumetricratiobetweenwaterandionicliquidof0.04∶1,arotationalspeedof5krad/s,andareactiontimeof1minute.Thedesulfurizationrateofgasolinereached53.6%,andthegasolineyieldwasupto97.3%.Theionicliquidcouldberecycledforrepeateduse,andtheuseofhighshearagitationforgasolinewouldhavegoodprospects.

  • 简介:Anaccurateandcompletegeometricmodelwasconstructedtosimulatethecombustion,flowandtemperatureenvironmentintheradiantsectionofthesteamcrackingfurnace.Simulationofflowandradiationstatushasutilizedthestandardk-εmodelandP1model.Thefinite-rate/eddy-dissipation(finite-rate/ED)combustionmodelandnon-premixedcombustionmodelwerebothusedtosimulateaccuratelythecombustionandtheoperationstatusofthesteamcrackingfurnace.Threedifferentsurfacesofthesteamcrackingfurnacewereobtainedfromthesimulation,namely:thefluegastemperaturefieldoftheentrancesurfaceinlongflameburners,thecentralsurfacelocationoftubes,andthecrossoversectionsurface.Detailedinformationonthefluegastemperatureandthemassconcentrationfractionofthesedifferentsurfacesinthesteamcrackingfurnacecanalsobeobtainedbythesimulation.Thispaperanalyzedandcomparedthesimulationresultswiththetwocombustionmodels,estimatedtheoperationstatusofthesteamcrackingfurnace,andreportedthatthefinite-rate/EDmodelisappropriatetosimulatethesteamcrackingfurnacebycomparingkeysimulationdatawithactualtestdata.Thisworkhasalsoprovidedatheoreticalbasisforsimulatingandoperatingthesteamcrackingfurnace.

  • 简介:Inordertoseparatemethylacetateandmethanolazeotrope,theionicliquid(IL)1,3-dimethylimidazoliumdimethylphosphate([DMIM]DMP)wasusedasthesolvent.TheAspenPlussoftwarewasusedtodesignandoptimizetheextractivedistillationprocess.Undertheoptimizedconditions,themassfractionsofmethylacetateandmethanolwerebothabove99.5%.Comparedwiththedimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)process,the[DMIM]DMPprocesshastheadvantagesofsavingenergyandlowerequipmentinvestmentcost.Theresultshowsthatusing[DMIM]DMPasthesolventtoseparateamethylacetateandmethanolazeotropehasbetterprospectinindustrialapplication.

  • 简介:Thesupportγ-Al2O3wastreatedwith1-methylnaphthaleneasthemodelreactantbyrespectivelyusingthechemicalstaticadsorptionmethodandtheacceleratedcokingmethodtostudythecokingsitesofγ-Al2O3surface.Thecarbonspeciesformedonγ-Al2O3surfacewereanalyzedbyCAT-CS,TG-MS,IR-OH,andPy-IRtechniques.TheresultsofcharacterizationbyCAT-CSandTG-MStechniquesindicatedthatthecarbonspeciesformedduringthechemicalstaticadsorptionprocessismainlycomposedofthereversiblyadsorbedcokeprecursorswithalowly-condensedstate,whilethatformedaftertheacceleratedcokingprocessisprobablyrelatedwiththeirreversiblyadsorbedcokedepositswithahighly-condensedstate.TheresultsofcharacterizationbyIR-OHandPy-IRtechniquesfurtherimpliedthattheformationofthetwokindsofcarbonspecies,i.e.,cokeprecursorsandcokedeposits,arecloselyrelatedwiththebasichydroxylgroupsandthestrongLewisacidsitesonγ-Al2O3surface.Theresultsleadtoadeepinsightintothecokingmechanismonthealuminasurface.

  • 简介:Inthisstudy,themainfactorsinfluencingthemeasurementsbymeansoftheoff-linelow-field1HNMRinthelabwerediscussedbaseonarobustcalibrationmodelestablishedbythePLSalgorithmusing255crudeoilsamples.Thepreheatingtemperaturehadagreatinfluenceontheviscosityofoilsamplesandtheresolutionofspectralanalysis.Therepeatabilityofspectralmeasurementswasimpactedbythemetalandwaxcontentoftheoilsamples.Forthecaseofhighwaxcontentoils,thewaxspeciesbegantocrystallizeinthecourseofdeterminationthatcouldaffecttherepeatabilityofspectralmeasurements.ThesefactorshaveevidencedwhythepreheatingdevicesandfilterunitarenecessarywhenlowfieldNMRsystemisusedintheonlineanalysisprocess.Theinvestigationisveryimportantfortheon-lineapplicationofthelowfieldNMR.

  • 简介:Inthisresearch,thedegradationofdibenzothiophene(DBT)wasinvestigatedbyusingPseudomonassp.LKY-5isolatedfromoilcontaminatedsoil.Theresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM)basedontheBox-Behnkendesign(BBD)wasappliedforevaluatingtheinteractiveeffectsoffourindependentvariablesincludingsubstrateconcentration,temperature,pHandagitationrateontheDBTremovalresponse.Atotalof29experimentsforfourfactorsatthreelevelswereconductedinpresentstudy.Asecond-orderregressionmodelwasthendeveloped,andtheanalysisofvariance(ANOVA)illustratedthattheproposedquadraticmodelcouldbeutilizedtonavigatethedesignspace.Thevalueofdeterminationcoefficient(R2=0.9534)indicatedasatisfactoryagreementbetweenthequadraticmodelandtheexperimentaldata.ItwasfoundthatDBTremovalwasmoresignificantlyaffected(P<0.0001)bysubstrateconcentrationcomparedwithotherthreeparameters.An100%degradationofDBTcouldbeobtainedbyPseudomonassp.LKY-5atasubstrateconcentrationof100mg/L.

  • 简介:Thenaturalconvectionheattransferofa60%sucrosesolutioninaverticalconverging-divergingtube(CD)withregularly-spacedtwistedtapes(RSTT)hasbeeninvestigatednumericallyandexperimentally.TheeffectsofwalltemperatureandnumberofRSTTontheNusseltnumberwerestudiedindetail.Thedistributionsofvelocityandtemperatureinthe60%sucrosesolutionwerestudiedandthesimulatedresultsofCDwithRSTTwerecomparedwiththoseofthesmoothtube.TheinfluenceofRayleighnumberandRSTTontheNusseltnumberwasconductedexperimentally.TheresultsindicatethattheNusseltnumberofthe60%sucrosesolutionobviouslyincreasedwiththenumberofRSTTbutincreasedinconspicuouslywith2andmoretwistedtapes.Thesimulationshowsthatthedistanceforachievinganoptimalheattransferperformanceis46timesthediameterofthetube.Themechanismofthenaturalconvectionheattransferenhancementofthe60%sucrosesolutioninrelationshipwiththeCDandtheRSTTwasanalyzed,andthechangeofaveragetangentialvelocitywiththeaxialdistancewaspresentedtodemonstratethattheenhancementofheattransferwasrealizedmainlybecauseoftheincreaseintangentialvelocity.
