简介：摘要：水利工程工作井平面尺寸普遍较小，一般盾构机需采用分体始发，另外，水利工程隧洞埋深大且地质复杂，为解决大埋深复杂地质条件下分体始发的难题，本课题以珠三角水资源配置工程土建施工B2标为例，通过统计泥水平衡盾构机在分体始发阶段的各项参数，对比预设的试掘进参数，分析各种遇到的问题，总结出一套超深竖井盾构分体始发技术，可对后续遇到类似情况提供参考。
