简介:Inthisstudy,wepresentapreprocessingmethodforquadrupoletime-of-flight(Q-TOF)tandemmassspectratoincreasetheaccuracyofdatabasesearchingforpeptide(protein)identification.Basedonthenaturalisotopicinformationinherentintandemmassspectra,weconstructadecisiontreeafterfeatureselectiontoclassifythenoiseandionpeaksintandemspectra.Furthermore,werecognizeoverlappingpeakstofindthemonoisotopicmassesofionsforthefollowingidentificationprocess.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthispreprocessingmethodincreasesthesearchspeedandthereliabilityofpeptideidentification.
