简介：摘要目的观察肩关节镜手术的护理配合疗效。方法对28例在关节镜下行肩关节手术患者配合护理,做到术中积极配合手术，术后干预护理。结果关节镜手术能提高手术效果,有利于患者早日康复。结论护理配合是肩关节镜成功的重要保证,手术室护理人员必须更新知识,以利于能顺利的完成手术期护理工作。

简介：　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨术后活动性疼痛护理评估在骨科膝关节置换患者中的应用效果。方法：选择 2018年 1月至 2019年 1月在本院接受膝关节置换的 86例患者作为研究对象，通过计算机分析患者的资料并进行随机分组，一组为对照组，另一组为观察组，均有 43例患者，为对照组患者行术后静息性疼痛护理评估，为观察组患者行术后活动性疼痛护理评估，观察比较两组患者在术后 24h后的活动性疼痛评分以及静息性疼痛评分，同时观察比较两组患者术后下床活动的时间和住院时间。结果：术后 24h后，观察组患者活动性疼痛评分以及静息性疼痛评分均低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05），且观察组患者术后下床活动的时间与住院时间要远低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：通过活动性疼痛护理评估对膝关节置换患者进行护理，能够有效的帮助患者改善疼痛感，并且进一步缩短患者术后下床活动的时间以及住院时间，有利于患者的预后，临床效果显著。  　　【关键词】 活动性 ;静息性 ;疼痛护理评估 ;骨科 ;膝关节置换  　 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application effect of postoperative active pain nursing evaluation in patients with orthopedic knee arthroplasty. Methods: 86 patients with knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. The data of patients were analyzed by computer and randomly divided into two groups. One group was the control group, the other was the observation group. There were 43 patients in each group Observe and compare the active pain score and resting pain score of the two groups of patients 24 hours after operation, and observe and compare the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time of the two groups. Results: 24 hours after operation, the activity pain score and resting pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were much lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the nursing of patients with knee arthroplasty through active pain nursing evaluation can effectively help patients improve pain, and further shorten the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time after operation, which is conducive to the prognosis of patients, and has significant clinical effect.
