  • 简介:【摘 要】目的:探究人性护理干预措施对疝气术后患者的影响效果。方法:在本院 2018年 1月至 2020年 1月期间收治的行疝气手术治疗患者 30例,将其按照不同的护理模式进行分组:分为对照组、观察组,病例数各有 15例。对照组病例数实施常规护理模式,观察组在前者的基础上实施,人性护理干预,对比 2组疝气手术患者护理效果。结果: 2组手术患者术后住院时间、并发症发生率对比均存在较大的差异性( P<0.05)。而且,观察组手术患者术后疼痛感低于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组,组间数据差异对比均存在鲜明的统计学意义: P<0.05。结论:人性护理干预模式对行疝气手术患者具有较高的应用价值,能够减少患者术后并发症发生率,降低其疼痛感,有助于提高患者预后康复效果,值得推荐。    【关键词】人性护理干预模式;疝气;手术治疗;影响作用  [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on postoperative hernia patients. Methods: from January 2018 to January 2020, 30 patients with hernia surgery were divided into control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the former. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: there were significant differences in postoperative hospital stay and incidence of complications between the two groups (P < 0.05). Moreover, the postoperative pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant: P < 0.05. Conclusion: humanized nursing intervention mode has high application value for patients with hernia surgery, can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce the pain, help to improve the prognosis of patients with rehabilitation effect, it is worth recommending.
