简介：　　【摘要】目的 研究支气管扩张咯血患者护理过程中实施心理护理的方法及效果。方法 选取我院 2018年 2月～ 2019年 2月收治的 100例支气管扩张咯血患者为研究对象，分为两组，给予对照组患者常规护理，在对照组护理基础上给予观察组患者心理护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的 SDS与 SAS评分显著低于对照组。结论 支气管扩张咯血患者护理过程中实施心理护理的效果显著，值得广  　　泛推广。  　　【关键词】支气管扩张咯血；心理护理；效果  　　 [Abstract] Objective To study the method and effect of psychological nursing in the nursing process of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis. Methods 100 patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of the nursing in the control group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results after nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing process of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis is significant, which is worth to be widely used
