Impact of the second order dispersion on compensation of SPM in an adaptive pulse pre-shaping quasi-CPA system

摘要 Amodelofquasi-CPA(chirpedpulseamplification)system,inwhichtheinputisthetransform-limitedGaussianpulses,issetupnumericallytoinvestigatetheimpactofthesecondorderdispersionontheadaptivecompensationofself-phasemodulation(SPM)effect.Theadaptivephasepre-shapingcontrolledbydifferentialevolutionalgorithmisintroducedtotheinputpulsebeforeamplificationandrecompression.Withmaximizingthepeakpoweroftheoutputpulse,thesimulationresultsshowthatthenormaldispersionisreallyhelpfultoeliminatethesidelobesoftheoutputpulseandincreasethepulsepeakpower.
