摘要 All-opticalswitchinghasbeentheoreticallyanalyzedinthe3,3'-diethyl-2,2'-thiatricarbocyanineiodide(DTTCI)carbocyaninedyethatexhibitslargeexcited-stateabsorptiontoachievehighcontrastandfastswitching.Switchinghasbeenanalyzedbothnsandpspumppulsewidths.Itisshownthatthereisanoptimumvalueofconcentrationforgivenpeakpumpintensityatwhichmaximummodulationcanbeachieved.Wecanget93.84%modulationoftransmissionofaCWprobelaserbeamat532nmatpeakpumpingintensityof500kW/cm2at763nm,with?t=1nsandconcentrationof80μMinalcohol,resultinginswitch-offandontimeof2nsand8ns,respectively.Theresultshavebeenalsousedtodesignall-opticalNOTandtheuniversalNORandNANDlogicgateswithmultiplepumplaserpulses.
