摘要
TheYangtzeplate,extendingfromeasttowestinsouthernChina,wasformedabout800Maago.SincetheSinian,twoaulacogenstrendingeast-northeastandconnectedattheeastends,havebeeninitiatedintheJiangsu-Zhejiang-Anhuiregionontheeastmarginoftheplatewithasedimentarysequenceupto10,000minthickness.Atalaterstageofsedimentologicevolution,flyschandmolassewereproduced.TheflysehwasaccumulatedintheLateOrdovician,whenthetwoaulacogensbecamebaysthatopenedtotheeast;theelasticmaterialswerederivedfromtheYangtzeoldlandonthenorthernandsouthernsidesofthebasins.ThemolassewasaccumulatedfromtheterminalLateOrdoviciantotheMiddleOrdovician;theclastiematerialscamefromanupliftedorogenicbeltintheeast.Thisindicatesthatamajorchangeinthetectonicpatternofthebasinshastakenplace.
