摘要 Anewkindofcontrolsystemforkeyholeplasmaarcwelding(K-PAW)wasdevelopedbasedonthecomputerandtheGraphicsLanguage-LabVIEW.Itcansetandoutputtherequiredcurrentwaveformswithdesireddecreasingslopessothatthecorresponding'openingandclosing'ofkeyholecanoccurperiodically.Withthiscontrolstrategyofweldingcurrentwaveforms,theworkpieceisfullypenetratedwhilenoburn-throughoccurs.Keyholeplasmaarcweldingexperimentswereconductedtoverifythestabilityandreliabilityofthedevelopedsystem.
