摘要
Alotofexperimentalmethodshavebeenbroughtforthtoassessthedynamiccharacterofthearcweldingpowersource,butuptonow,thisissuehasnotbeensolvedverywell.Inthispaper,basedonthefuzzylogicreasoningmethod,adynamiccharacterassessingmodelforthearcweldingpowersourcewasestablishedandusedtoanalyzethedynamiccharacteroftheweldingpowersource.Threedifferenttypesofweldingmachinehavebeentested,andthecharacteristicinformationoftheelectricalsignalssuchasre-strikingarcvoltage,lowweldingcurrentandsoonoftheweldingprocesswereextractedaccuratelybyusingaself-developedweldingdynamicarcwaveletanalyzer.Theexperimentalresultsindicatethatthismodelcanbeusedasanewassessingmethodforthedynamiccharacterofthearcweldingpowersource.
