优质护理在老年急性心肌梗死患者基础护理中的应用

摘要   【摘要】 目的:探讨急诊老年急性心肌梗死基础护理应用优质护理的效果。方法:选择某院 2018年 1月 -2020年 1月收治的 60例老年急性心肌梗死患者临床资料,将其随机分为优质护理组( n=30)和常规护理组( n=30),分别实施优质护理服务与常规护理服务,对两组患者的护理满意度情况与基础护理合格率进行比较。结果:优质护理组总满意率为 86.67%( 26/30),基础护理合格率为 83.33%( 25/30);常规护理组总满意率为 73.33%( 22/30),基础护理合格率为 56.67%( 17/30),优质护理组的护理满意度与基础护理合格率均明显高于常规护理组( P<0.05)。结论:在急诊老年急性心肌梗死患者基础护理中应用优质护理服务,不仅能够提高患者的护理满意度,更能改善患者临床症状,值得推广与应用。    【关键词】 老年急性心肌梗死; 基础护理; 优质护理; 护理效果    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the application of basic nursing in emergency elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: the clinical data of 60 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into high-quality nursing group (n = 30) and routine nursing group (n = 30). High quality nursing service and routine nursing service were implemented respectively. The nursing satisfaction and basic nursing qualification rate of the two groups were compared. Results: the total satisfaction rate of high quality nursing group was 86.67% (26g30), the qualified rate of basic nursing was 83.33% (25 / 30); the total satisfaction rate of routine nursing group was 73.33% (22 / 30), and the qualified rate of basic nursing was 56.67% (17 / 30). The nursing satisfaction and qualified rate of basic nursing in high quality nursing group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of high-quality nursing service in the basic nursing of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency department can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, but also improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
