摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨采用正畸联合口腔修复的方法治疗先天性缺牙的临床疗效。方法：将 2017年 1月至 2019年 12月科室收治的 103例先天性缺牙患者纳入研究，按照患者所选择的治疗方法为标准，本次研究共分为两组：对照组行口腔修复治疗，观察组联合正畸治疗。对比两组治疗有效率和各项相关指标。结果：观察组治疗有效率为 98.08%（ 51/52）明显高于对照组（ P<0.05） ;观察组患者的牙齿咀嚼功能评分、语言功能评分、牙齿美观程度评分均高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙具有良好的临床疗效。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Orthodontics combined with prosthodontics in the treatment of congenital edentulous. Methods: from January 2017 to December 2019, 103 patients with congenital tooth deficiency were included in the study. According to the treatment method selected by the patients, the study was divided into two groups: the control group was treated with oral repair, and the observation group was treated with orthodontics. The effective rate and related indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.08% (51 / 52), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of mastication function, language function and teeth beauty in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: orthodontics combined with prosthodontics has a good clinical effect in the treatment of congenital edentulous.
