螺旋 CT低剂量扫描技术在肺结节诊断中的临床价值

摘要   【摘 要】目的:探讨 16排螺旋 CT诊断肺结节中,低剂量扫描技术的应用价值。方法:患者分 2组,低剂量组 40例,常规剂量组 40例,收集两组图像质量与检出情况数据,进行差异分析。结果:两组图像质量(两组优良率均为 100%)、检出情况(两组检出肺结节数量均为 56枚,检出结节直径:低剂量组 11.47±2.61mm、常规剂量组 11.52±2.53mm)比较 P>0.05。结论: 16排螺旋 CT低剂量扫描技术的图像质量满足诊断需求,检出率与常规剂量相近但辐射小,可作为肺结节诊断的优先选择。    【关键词】 16排螺旋 CT;低剂量扫描技术 ;肺结节    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application value of low dose scanning technique in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules with 16 slice spiral CT. Methods: the patients were divided into two groups, 40 cases in low dose group and 40 cases in routine dose group. Results: the image quality of the two groups (the excellent rate of both groups was 100%), the detection situation (the number of pulmonary nodules detected in both groups was 56, the diameter of detected nodules: 11.47 ± 2.61mm in the low dose group and 11.52 ± 2.53mm in the conventional dose group) were compared (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the image quality of 16 slice spiral CT low-dose scanning technology can meet the needs of diagnosis. The detection rate is similar to the conventional dose, but the radiation is small, so it can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.
