摘要
【摘要】 目的 探讨开放加闭合复位重建钉治疗股骨粗隆下骨折并股骨多段骨折的临床疗效。方法 110例股骨粗隆下骨折并股骨多段骨折患者， 均给予开放加闭合复位重建钉治疗， 观察临床疗效。结果 全部患者均骨性愈合， 骨性愈合时间 3～ 7个月， 平均愈合时间（ 4.7±1.5）个月。治疗后， 患者优 48例， 良 49例， 差 13例， 优良率 88.2%。结论 采用开放加闭合复位重建钉治疗股骨粗隆下骨折并股骨多段骨折， 患者骨性愈合时间短， 疗效好， 可临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open and closed reduction and reconstruction nail in the treatment of subtrochanteric fracture and multiple femoral fractures. Methods 110 patients with subtrochanteric fracture and multi segment fracture of femur were treated with open and closed reduction and reconstruction nail. Results all the patients were healed. The healing time was 3-7 months, and the average healing time was (4.7 ± 1.5) months. After treatment, 48 cases were excellent, 49 cases were good and 13 cases were poor. The excellent and good rate was 88.2%. Conclusion the open and closed reduction and reconstruction nail for the treatment of subtrochanteric fracture and multi segment fracture of femur has short bone healing time and good curative effect, which can be widely applied in clinic.
