摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 对依那普利与吲达帕胺联合治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效进行探讨。方法 采集于 2017年 5月— 2019年 5月期间在该院进行诊治的 66例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为本次研究对象，按照来院接诊的先后顺序分为对照组（依那普利治疗）及治疗组（依那普利联合吲达帕胺治疗），每组 33例，观察与比较两组糖尿病合并高血压患者经治疗后的血压以及血钾、血糖控制水平情况以及临床有效率情况。结果 治疗组糖尿病合并高血压患者经治疗后的 SBP、 DBP各控制水平情况，较治疗前有所改善，则显著由于对照组 ;治疗组糖尿病合并高血压患者经治疗后的血钾、血糖情况均较治疗前有所改善，则明显优于对照组患者 ;治疗组糖尿病合并高血压患者经治疗后的临床总有效率为 31例（ 93.33） %，明显高于对照组患者的临床总有效率的 21例（ 63.63） %，组间前后差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 依那普利与吲达帕胺联合治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enalapril combined with indapamide in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hypertension. method 66 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2017 to may 2019 were divided into control group (enalapril treatment) and treatment group (enalapril combined with indapamide treatment) according to the order of coming to the hospital. 33 patients in each group were observed and compared Blood potassium, blood glucose control level and clinical efficiency. Results the control level of SBP and DBP in the treatment group was improved compared with that before treatment, which was significantly due to the control group; The total clinical effective rate of the patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension in the treatment group was 31 cases (93.33)%, which was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group (21 cases (63.63)%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the combination of enalapril and indapamide in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hypertension has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
