摘要
【摘要】工程项目管理是现场各项工作有序进行的重要手段，针对当前工程规模不断扩大、资金投入逐渐增多的局面，工期进度方面要求也更加严格。论文针对工程项目管理工作对工期的影响，分析其中的不利因素，并探讨具体的管理方法。
Absrtact: project management is an important means to carry out all kinds of work on the site in an orderly manner. In view of the current situation of the continuous expansion of the project scale and the gradual increase of capital investment, the requirements for the schedule of the construction period are also more stringent. Focuses on the impact of project management on the construction period, this paper analyzes the unfavorable factors, and discusses the specific management methods.
