摘要
【摘 要】目的：观察一般护理模式与优质护理模式应用于膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术患者护理中的实际效果。方法：本课题选取的研究对象均来自于 2016年 8月～ 2018年 8月在我院就诊治疗的膝关节交叉韧带损伤病患，共计 88例，采用动态随机法分组为一般组与优质组， 2组各 44例，两组膝关节交叉韧带损伤病患均接受关节镜手术治疗，其中一般组患者接受一般护理模式，而优质组患者均接受优质护理模式，观察分析两组膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术疗效、患者对护理模式的满意度评价、术后并发症发生率、术后复发率等临床观察指标之间的统计学差异性。结果：通过本此研究观察，不同护理模式对膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术疗效有不同程度的影响作用，其中优质护理模式在患者术后疗效、患者满意度评价、术后并发症发生率及复发率指标上较一般护理模式更可获得满意结果，且两组各项相同观察指标间的对照差异性强烈，具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：优质护理模式对膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术的影响效果符合临床预期，不僅可显著提高患者的术后疗效，还能够提升患者的满意度，减少术后疼痛、感染、关节弯曲受限等并发症的发生，以及能够明显降低术后复发率，具有在临床护理中大力推广实施的价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the practical effect of general nursing mode and high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of patients with knee cruciate ligament injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery. Methods: the subjects of this study were all from 88 patients with knee cruciate ligament injury who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018. They were divided into general group and high-quality group by dynamic random method, 44 in each group. The patients in both groups received arthroscopic surgery, and the patients in general group received general nursing mode, while the patients in high-quality group received general nursing mode The patients in the two groups received high-quality nursing mode, and observed and analyzed the statistical differences between the two groups in the clinical observation indexes such as arthroscopic operation effect of knee cruciate ligament injury, patients' satisfaction evaluation of nursing mode, incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate. Results: through the observation of this study, different nursing modes have different degrees of influence on the curative effect of arthroscopic surgery for knee cruciate ligament injury, among which the high-quality nursing mode can obtain more satisfactory results than the general nursing mode in the indexes of postoperative curative effect, patient satisfaction evaluation, postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate, and the comparison between the same observation indexes of the two groups The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of high-quality nursing mode on arthroscopic surgery of knee cruciate ligament injury is in line with clinical expectation. It can not only significantly improve the postoperative efficacy of patients, but also improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative pain, infection, joint bending limitation and other complications, as well as significantly reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
