[摘要 ] 目的 研究分析个性化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者及妊娠结局的影响。方法 此次研究的对象是选取该院 2017年 12月— 2018年 12月期间收治的 60例妊娠糖尿病产妇，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。并随机分为两组，每组 30例。对照组采用常规护理；观察组采用个性化护理。结果 观察组其治疗依从性（ 86.67） %、空腹血糖指标（ 5.38±0.42） mmol/L、餐后 2 h血糖指标（ 6.41±1.19） mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白（ 5.17±0.32） %、并发症发生率（ 3.33） %等指标均明显优于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论 个性化护理对于妊娠期糖尿病产妇的护理效果非常显著，该护理模式极大的减少了产妇分娩的风险。

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on gestational diabetes and pregnancy outcome. Methods the object of this study was to select 60 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018, and analyze their clinical data. And randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases. Routine nursing was used in the control group and individualized nursing was used in the observation group. Results the treatment compliance (86.67)%, fasting blood glucose (5.38 ± 0.42) mmol / L, postprandial blood glucose (6.41 ± 1.19) mmol / L, glycosylated hemoglobin (5.17 ± 0.32)%, complication rate (3.33)% of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion individualized nursing has a significant effect on pregnant women with diabetes mellitus, which greatly reduces the risk of delivery.
