摘要
摘要目的研究后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床效果,为以后的临床工作提供依据.方法选取我院在２０１３年６月至２０１５年４月收治的６４例脊柱胸腰段骨折患者,根据不同手术方法将其分为两组(n＝３２例),观察组予后路内固定融合术治疗,对照组予前路手术内固定治疗,统计分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等.结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为９３．８％,同对照组患者相比有明显统计学意义(P＜０．０５);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量同对照组患者相比有明显统计学意义(P＜０．０５);观察组患者术后并发症发生率同对照组患者相比,有明显统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论后路内固定融合术在治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折临床上效果较为理想,有效缩短患者住院时间,促使其早日康复.关键词后路内固定融合术;脊柱胸腰段骨折;前路手术内固定术TheobservationoftreatingspinalcolumnchestwaistsectionfracturewithposteriorinternalfixationLiJieAbstractobjectiveTostudytheeffectoftreatingspinalcolumnchestwaistsectionfracturewithposteriorinternalfixation．MethodsChoosed６４casesofspinalfracturefromJun．２０１３toApr．２０１５todivideintostudygroupandcontrolledgroup．Thestudygroupweretreatedwithposteriorinternalfixation,conＧtrolledgroupweretreatedwithanteriorinternalfixation．Analyzedtheeffect,operationtimeandamountofbleedinginthesetwogroups．ResultsThetotalefＧfectiverateofstudygroupwas９３．８％(P＜０．０５)．Thein－hospitaltimeandamountofbleedingofstudygroupwerebetterthancontrolledgroup(P＜０．０５)．ConＧclusionTreatingspinalcolumnchestwaistsectionfracturewithposteriorinternalfixationiseffectivetoextendinclinic．Keywordsposteriorinternalfixation,spinalcolumnchestwaistsectionfracture中图分类号R６８７．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８８０－０２
