摘要
摘要目的专项护理质控组通过品管圈活动提高人工气道气囊管理正确率.方法成立专项护理质控小组,运用品质管理圈(QCC)方法开展对人工气道气囊管理的实践活动,遵循PDCA程序,研究１１５名护士对９８例人工气道患者进行气囊护理操作２３００项(次),分析QCC管理前后气囊护理缺陷问题发生率、改进后目标达成率、进步率及无形成果等指标,评价临床工作效果.结果QCC管理后缺陷问题发生率明显减少,目标达成率１０８．３％,进步率５９．８％,无形成果分值明显提升,护理人员理论考试成绩显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５,P＜０．０１).结论通过QCC活动对人工气道气囊进行科学管理,可减少气囊管理中不规范及缺陷问题的发生,提高人工气道气囊管理的正确率,具有临床推广价值.关键词品质管理圈;人工气道;护理ThepracticeofQCCmanagementcontributingtotheimprovementofthenursingqualityofartificialairwaygasbagWuShuping,WenJiangli(DepartmentofReＧspiratory,south－Building,generalhospitalofChinesePLA,Beijing１００８５３,China)AbstractObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofqualitycontrolcircle(QCC)intheimprovementofthespecialtechnicalteam’snursingqualityinartificialairwaygasbag．MethodsAspecialtechnicalteamof１１５nursesspecializedinartificialairwaygasbagweresetup．TheQCCwasfoundedby８nurses．FolＧlowingthePDCAcycleprogramsofQCC,weinvestigated２３００timesnursingoperationsaboutthisteam．Thereasonsofinsufficientoperationofartificialairwaygasbagwereanalyzed．Theseriesimprovementstrategiesweremadeanddone．ComparedtotheabsenceQCCoperations,theeffectofQCCmanagementincludedtheincreaseoftherateoftargetcompletion,theprogressrateandthevalueofintangiblebenefits．Thedatawerestatisticallyanalyzed．ResultsTherateoftargetcompletionaboutartificialairwaygasbagwasliftedto１０８．３％andtheprogressratewas５９．８％aftercarryingouttheQCCmanagement,whiletheincidencerateofdefectsandproblemswasobviouslydecreased．Meanwhile,thenurses’examinationresultsoftheoreticalknowledgeandthevalueofintangiblebenefitsofQCCwassignificantlyimproved(P＜０．０５,P＜０．０１)．ConclusionTheapplicationofQCCcaneffectivelyimprovenotonlynurses’abilitytodiscoverandsolveproblemsbutalsothenursingqualityofartificialairwaygasbag．Thismethodindeedhassignificantclinicaldevelopmentvalue．KeywordsQualityControlCircle(QCC);ArtificialAirway;NursingCare中图分类号R１９７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０５７４－０２
